10pcs inch Grade 0 steel Gage Micrometer Check

Description:
           Micrometer masters are used to calibrate and set micrometers. The master is superior to gauge block calibration because they do require block stacks and therefore it is much faster to inspect the linear range of the tool. In addition they indicate wear on the micrometer anvil because it replicates how the micrometer is used. Gauge blocks are a necessity in any testing environment that requires linear dimensional accuracy and/or calibration of measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers. Each block is engraved with an individual serial number and the size of the gauge for calibration purposes. The blocks are also incremented in 1/16” and 0.1” for English, and 0.25, 0.5, and 1mm for Metric. Deviations and tolerances on length are in accordance with ASME Grade 0. Sets are packaged in a lined wooden or Alu box
