Field Soil Hardness Meter Earth Durometer Dial Type

This soil hardness tester uses the theoretical value Kg / Cm2 of the pressure gauge to directly measure the soil hardness. The soil hardness tester is very convenient and accurate for the investigation of soil water permeability, air permeability, and soil properties of large machinery operations.

Features

The instrument is mainly used for the rapid determination of soil hardness, and the measurement results are intuitive. Measure the soil drag resistance to understand the tightness of the soil at different depths.

test methods

1. Level the soil surface to be measured first, and then insert all the probes (tip part) into the soil until the mouth part.

2. Pull out the soil hardness tester vertically and read the hardness indication of the inner ring from the dial.

3. After reading the measured value, please turn the knob from the pointer to reset the indicator to zero

4. If soil is attached to the inside of the probe, the measured value will become incorrect, please turn it counterclockwise

Turn the cymbal part, remove the round sleeve, clean it and turn it to a fixed position, and then you can measure again.
